When they do, they have the power to affect the way budgets are built, staff is hired, and energy is invested. The truth is that measuring vitality based on traditional metrics no longer works and it is causing a lot of churches to close their doors. At Here and Now Coaching, we believe that as more churches are able to live into their full potential, the world around us begins to better reflect heaven on earth.
